The District Magistrate of West Tripura, Dr. Vishal Kumar, IAS, held a key meeting today with all Sub-Divisional Magistrates (SDMs) and petroleum, oil, and lubricants (POL) dealers to review the availability and supply situation of fuel in the district.

During the meeting, officials discussed the supply and distribution management of petroleum products across various areas of West Tripura. Fuel dealers confirmed that the district has ample stocks of petrol, diesel, and other petroleum products.

Dr. Vishal Kumar emphasized that there is no shortage of fuel in West Tripura. He appealed to the public not to panic over rumors and to avoid spreading misinformation regarding fuel scarcity.

The District Magistrate also instructed dealers to ensure smooth and uninterrupted supply of fuel and warned against hoarding or making large-scale stockpiles that could disrupt normal distribution.

The district administration stated that regular monitoring is being conducted to maintain an uninterrupted supply of petroleum products and to ensure that residents continue to have easy access to fuel.
