Tripura Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha today attended the 3rd meeting of the High-Level Task Force on Infrastructure and Connectivity in the North Eastern Region. The meeting was held virtually from the TIFT Conference Hall in Agartala.
The meeting took place in the presence of Union Minister for Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, along with the Chief Ministers and Ministers of other North Eastern states.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on reviewing the progress of ongoing infrastructure projects, strengthening inter-state connectivity, and accelerating development initiatives across the region. Emphasis was laid on improving road, rail, air, and digital connectivity to boost economic growth.
The Chief Minister highlighted Tripura’s commitment to timely implementation of infrastructure projects and reiterated the state government’s focus on sustainable and inclusive development. The task force also discussed strategies to enhance coordination among states to ensure faster execution of key projects.
The meeting concluded with a collective resolve to further strengthen infrastructure and connectivity in the North Eastern Region, paving the way for long-term growth and development.
