Under the sincere initiative of Governor Indrasena Reddy Nallu, Lok Bhavan has been opened to the general public for the first time. Until now, access to the Lok Bhavan was restricted, but the Governor has transformed it into a “People’s House” to satisfy the curiosity of citizens.
From now on, the People’s House will be open every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. During this time, 25 visitors at a time—totaling 75 people over three hours—will have the opportunity to tour the premises.
On the first day, visitor turnout was minimal due to the lack of publicity. However, officials are optimistic that this initiative will gain popularity in the coming weeks.
This special initiative provides the public with a unique opportunity to experience and learn more about the heritage and culture of Lok Bhavan.
Officials also mentioned that promotional activities will be increased from next Saturday, along with additional arrangements to enhance visitor experience.
