Tiranga is not only a piece of cloth, but the emotions, sacrifices, glory and dreams of millions of Indians are involved in it. 

This was said by Power, Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister Ratan Lal Nath today. The Minister participated in a huge Tiranga march in Mohanpur.

The Tiranga Rally, started from Mohanpur Municipal Council Parishad and ended at Mohanpur market, where a massive number of people spontaneously joined the rally.

Later, the Minister said that the Tiranga programme was held in Agartala yesterday and today it was held in Mohanpur. 

He said that this is not a political programme but a programme for everyone. The Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan is for everyone. 

“We want the Tiranga not only in government offices but to reach every household, every rooftop and the consciousness of every person. Three days are very important for us: 15th August, 26th January and 2nd October. The Constitution has given us the right to education and the right to preserve our culture and traditions. The Constitution has given us rights. This identity is very important,” said the Minister.

The Minister said that the Tiranga is not only a piece of cloth, but the emotions, sacrifices, glory and dreams of millions of Indians are involved in it. 

“When our children hoist the national flag along with their parents, a personal emotional connection will be created between the country and them. This Har Ghar Tiranga programme has now started from 9th August,” said the Minister.
