The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Tripura Pradesh on Tuesday announced a major revamp of its state organizational structure, appointing a new team of office-bearers and assigning fresh leadership to its frontal organizations.

According to the party, the appointments were approved by the national leadership and are aimed at further strengthening the organization at all levels across the state. The official notification has been shared with senior party functionaries, including National General Secretary (Organisation) B.L. Santosh, State Prabhari Dr. Rajdeep Roy, and State General Secretary (Organisation) G.R. Raju.

The new committee was formally announced by BJP Tripura President and MLA Abhishek Debroy. Alongside the state committee, the party also reconstituted the leadership of its various morchas, inducting several new faces into key positions.

Arindam Deb has been appointed as the new president of the BJP Yuva Morcha, while Mousumi Das will lead the Mahila Morcha. Abhijit Debbarma has been entrusted with the ST Morcha, Bapi Das will head the SC Morcha, Sukanta Ghosh has been named president of the OBC Morcha, Pradip Baran Roy will lead the Kisan Morcha, and Billal Mia has been appointed Minority Morcha president.

The restructured State Executive Committee blends experienced leaders with emerging faces. Six leaders—Tapas Bhattacharya, Amit Rakshit, Ratan Ghosh, Uttara Debbarma, Tapas Majumder, and Ajanta Bhattacharjee—have been appointed as Vice-Presidents.

MLA Bhagaban Ch. Das, Bipin Debbarma, and Chandan Debnath have been named General Secretaries. The party has also appointed Bhumika Nanda Reang, Kamal Dey, Nabadal Banik, Mimi Majumder, Malina Debnath, and Rathindra Jamatia as Secretaries.

Nagadhiraj Datta has been given charge as Treasurer, M.K. Nath has been appointed Joint Treasurer, while Mihir Sarkar will serve as the Office Secretary.

The newly announced team takes charge with immediate effect as the BJP looks to reinforce its organizational network and prepare for upcoming political and party activities in the state.
