In a bid to accelerate the overall development of the Chandipur Assembly Constituency, Tripura Social Welfare and Social Education Minister Tinku Roy on Thursday visited several proposed project sites and government land across the constituency to review upcoming and ongoing development initiatives.
The inspection was conducted along with Unakoti District Magistrate Megha Jain and senior officials from various government departments. During the visit, the team assessed the suitability of identified locations for proposed projects and reviewed the progress of works currently underway.
The minister held discussions with officials on the planning and implementation of key development schemes, stressing the need for timely execution and effective coordination among departments. He also directed the concerned authorities to remove bottlenecks and ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and within the stipulated timeframe.
Highlighting the government's commitment to inclusive development, Roy said the focus remains on strengthening infrastructure and expanding public facilities to meet the growing needs of the people of Chandipur. He added that the administration is working in a mission mode to ensure development projects are implemented smoothly and deliver tangible benefits to the public.
The visit forms part of the state government's continued efforts to monitor projects at the ground level and ensure that developmental works progress in a transparent, coordinated, and result-oriented manner.
