Tipra Motha delegation meets Union Home Minister, urges implementation of Tiprasa Accord

Tipra Motha Party founder Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi on Friday to press for the implementation of the Tiprasa Accord.

An eight-member delegation led by Pradyot included Member of Parliament Kriti Devi Debbarma, TTAADC Chief Executive Member Purna Chandra Jamatia, Minister of State Brishaketu Debbarma, MLAs Ranjit Debbarma and Philip Kumar Reang, and District Council Member Saudagar Kalai.

Sharing details of the meeting on social media, Pradyot wrote: “Had a very good meeting with Home Minister Shri Amit Shah and discussed the implementation of the Tiprasa Accord for the people of our state.”

He further added, “The Home Minister assured us that he will personally ensure the Government of India’s commitment to the Tiprasa people is upheld.”
