Serious allegations of irregularities and customer exploitation have emerged against a local bike showroom, “Maa Honda,” located in Shantir Bazar. Although complaints against the showroom have reportedly been circulating for a long time, the issue has gained renewed attention after a customer recently spoke to the media.

According to the allegations, customers are not allowed to enter the service area during bike servicing. Several customers claim that this practice has enabled the showroom to replace good-quality bike parts with lower-grade components during servicing, resulting in inflated billing.

In one such incident, when a customer approached the media to share his experience, a showroom staff member allegedly attempted to interrupt and prevent him from speaking, further intensifying public concern.

Local residents have also raised concerns over the improper parking of bikes belonging to the showroom along the national highway. They say this has been causing obstruction to public movement and increasing the risk of road accidents.

The situation has triggered strong reactions in the area, with sections of the local community demanding a fair and impartial investigation into the allegations. They have also called for strict administrative action and better regulatory oversight to protect consumer interests.

However, no official response has yet been received from the showroom authorities regarding the allegations.
