Tripura Transport Minister Sushanta Chowdhury stated that development with transparency and accountability remains a core commitment of the government while chairing a key review meeting in Jirania sub-division.

The meeting was held at the conference hall of the Jirania Sub-Divisional Magistrate’s office, where detailed discussions were conducted on various ongoing and proposed development works under the MLA Area Development Project. The progress of multiple schemes was reviewed, with a focus on ensuring faster implementation and efficient execution of ongoing works.

During the review, the Minister interacted with elected representatives and officials from different levels, providing necessary guidance and instructions to improve coordination and accelerate project completion.

He reiterated that all development works should be completed on time and with full transparency, keeping public welfare as the top priority. The meeting concluded with an emphasis on ensuring accountable governance and timely delivery of development benefits to the people.
